Couturecouldnt.com ships to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Standard delivery

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 20-25 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS handling time

  • Only standard delivery is available.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 30-35 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.

International Custom Fees

All custom fees, taxes, and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. 

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that relevant to you. Couture Couldn't is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.

Couture Couldn't does not provide refunds for customer for failure to pay orders and taxes associated with their order.

Additional Information

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Couture Couldn't cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
